☆General Terms☆
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. It's nothing personal.
The finished artwork will be sent via e-mail.
You will receive a full-size image of your commission (.png).
When you send in a commission, please include a visual reference and a description. (Preferably as detailed as possible)
I have the right to stop doing your commission during any of the phases for any reason. Money will be given back if you have already paid.
☆Payment☆
Payment will be accepted through PayPal (If you don't have PayPal, DeviantArt Points can be an alternative)
Do NOT send any payment before I have confirmed or accepted your commission.
Prices are negotiable.
After finishing a sketch, I will send you an image with my watermark on it. You will have to pay to receive a high-quality image without the watermark to view it. (Same with lineart, base colors and fully shaded ones)
In case of chargebacks, you will lose every right to use any WIPs (work-in-process) images. It is strictly prohibited.
☆Process☆
Changes can only be made during the sketching phase. Any big changes such as poses, clothes, etc will be charged extra. The amount depends on the extent of the requested details.
Small changes (such as color adjustments) can be done for free.
You can request the WIP artwork at any part of the process.
The time for your commission to be completed can take up to a month. (Minimum: A week/ 7 days; Maximum: 4 weeks/a month) It depends on factors such as: family issues, work, complexity, order of commissions, personal issues, or health.
You will be notified as soon as possible if any of the things stated above occurs.
☆Copyright and Usage☆
I hold all rights to any artwork that I have made and reserve the right to display it on any of my social media platforms.
If you wish to have the commissioned work to be private (Not posted anywhere) feel free to ask me!
I will leave a tiny version of my watermark on the finished artwork. You may not remove my watermark.
Artwork is for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed. You can't profit from my artwork nor could you trace it, sell prints of it, etc. You can make prints for personal use only.
You can use the commissioned artwork as your icon, banner, etc. Or post it on any of your social media platforms as long as you credit me.
☆Refunds☆
If you wish to have your commission canceled. Please notify me as soon as possible.
You will be notified as soon as possible if I am unable to finish your commission. I reserve all rights to cancel your commission at any time and for any reasons
Refunds will be given according to my progress.
After receiving a refund, you will lose all rights to my artwork. Using them after a refund is perhibited.
☆How to commission me☆
Fill out the Google form (Can be found below)
When you send in a commission, please include a visual reference and a description. (Preferably as detailed as possible)
After filling out the form, please send a message via DMs on Instagram/DeviantArt so I can confirm your commission and go over the details with you (If you don't your commission form will be ignored)
Please contact me through only one of the platforms, and not both at the same time.
Please be patient with me, I may not be able to respond to you right away.
